Description

High-purity electronic-grade titanium dioxide feature high purity and small particle size, suitable for solid-phase synthesis of MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor) and other dielectric materials, as well as for manufacturing optical glass and crystal glass. They are used as raw materials for disk ceramic capacitors (DCC), positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PTC), and other electronic components.

ATPN-3N01 and ATPN-3N02 have a purity of 99.9% and are used for high-end electronic component materials such as MLCC. ATPN-3N11 has a purity of 99.7%, and ATPN-3N12 has a purity of 99.5%, both used for general MLCC and other electronic component materials.

Applications

Used for solid-phase synthesis of dielectric materials such as MLCC (Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor), as well as in the manufacturing of optical glass and crystal glass. It serves as the basic electronic material for disk ceramic capacitors (DCC), positive temperature coefficient thermistors (PTC), and other electronic components.
